SEIRPC staff was busy this year with the requests and project funding with the Revolving Loan Funds along with all the required reports and onsite visits to existing loan recipients. The following loans were made to the following businesses over the past year:

• Flint Cliffs Manufacturing -$175,000 in EDA funds to expand production capacity to manufacture orders for a government contract acquired this year.

• Joy Stix Rock-Ade and Puck-E-She-Tuck Emporium -City of Keokuk RLF $35,000 for working capital and interior upgrades to this retail business located at 714 Main St., Keokuk.
  
  
• The staff continued reaching out to economic development and business groups, cities, counties, and local bankers throughout the region to keep aware of the availability and utility of revolving loan funds. Personal visits to loan recipients were made regularly to offer assistance as well as build long lasting relationships with them.
